This hands on class is perfectly designed to enhance the tried and true favorites we all enjoy.  In this class you'll be making and enjoying: 
Charred Cauliflower with Tahini, Dates and Mint (Charred Cauliflower tossed with tahini, diced dates, mint and finished with dill)
Balsamic Dijon Crusted Beef Tenderloin ( Balsamic and dijon mixed together and brushed over beef tenderloin, seared to perfection and served with extra balsamic dijon honey dipping sauce)
Shrimp Baked Potato (Baked potato stuffed with cream, cheese, shrimp, old bay seasoning, cajun seasoning, lemon juice, parsley and green onions)
Orange Creme Brulee

   Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knifes as well as the preparation, cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.

  Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

  Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres and freshly Infused Water. We'll see you in the Kitchen
