Guinness-Braised Mushrooms on Toasted Crostini (Savory mushrooms braised in Guinness and served on toasted crostini with whipped herb cheese)
Filet Mignon with Porter-Braised Caramelized Onions (Tender filet mignon finished with a rich porter reduction and topped with slow-cooked caramelized onions)
Lobster Mac & Cheese (Creamy three-cheese sauce with chunks of lobster and a crispy breadcrumb topping)
Salted Caramel Beer Brownie Trifle (Layers of brownie, salted caramel mousse, and beer caramel sauce for a sweet finish)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
