Warm Whipped Feta with Hot Honey & Pistachios (Creamy whipped feta topped with warm hot honey, toasted pistachios, and fresh herbs, served with toasted crostini.)
Fresh Lemon Pepper Fettuccine with Golden Herb Chicken & Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cream (Handmade lemon pepper fettuccine tossed in a silky roasted garlic Parmesan cream sauce and topped with golden herb-seared chicken and fresh herbs.)
Charred Broccoli with Lemon Brown Butter (Tender broccolini lightly charred and finished with nutty brown butter, fresh lemon zest, and Parmesan.)
Salted Caramel Apple Affogato (Warm cinnamon apples served over creamy vanilla gelato, finished with rich espresso and a drizzle of salted caramel.)

Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knifes as well as the preparation, cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn pasta making, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres. Please be sure to tie back long hair and wear closed toe shoes for your own safety. We'll see you in the Kitchen.
