Settle in for a cozy evening filled with rich flavors, comforting favorites, and a little steakhouse-inspired indulgence! In this hands-on class, our chef will guide you through techniques for creating an elevated meal that feels impressive while still being approachable enough to recreate at home. Grab your favorite cooking partner, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy a relaxed night in the kitchen. You’ll be making and enjoying:
Warm Mushroom & Gruyère Crostini (Toasted bread topped with savory mushrooms, melted Gruyère, and fresh herbs.)
Filet Mignon with Roasted Garlic Red Wine Sauce (Pan-seared filet mignon finished with a rich roasted garlic and red wine sauce.)
Parmesan Mushroom Risotto (Creamy risotto with roasted mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs.)
Salted Caramel Apple Crisp (Warm cinnamon-spiced apples baked beneath a buttery crisp topping and finished with salted caramel.)
Gratuity Not Included
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres. We'll see you in the Kitchen.
Note: Menu changes cannot be made at the time of class. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us by phone 48 hours in advance.
