Fried Shrimp Balls with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce - (Ground shrimp, seasoned with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Fried to golden perfection and served with Sweet Thai Chili sauce)

Pan Fried Chive and Leek Dumplings  (Crispy and juicy. Leeks and Chives mixed together with aromatics stuffed inside a wanton wrapper and pan fried to perfection..)

BBQ Pork Buns- (Soft pork seasoned with homemade BBQ sauce then stuffed into a dough and baked to golden puffy perfection.)

Pineapple Custard Tarts -  (Pineapple custard, served inside a tiny pie crust. .)

 Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

  Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres.   We'll see you in the Kitchen.
