Beef Wellington with Red wine Glaze (Beef tenderloin seared and rubbed with mustard, encased in puff pastry with mushrooms and ham then baked to golden perfection and served with a red wine glaze made with red wine, beef stock, butter and thyme)
BLT Salad (Everything you love about a BLT in salad form! Lettuce, topped with croutons, crispy bacon, tomatoes, all tossed with a roasted tomato mayonnaise dressing)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
