In this hands-on cooking class, our chefs will guide you through making pasta from scratch before transforming it into a rich, creamy lobster dish packed with fresh flavor. Along the way, you'll learn techniques you can easily recreate at home while enjoying a complete meal from start to finish. You'll be making and enjoying:
Our Class will be served with cheddar bay biscuits. You will receive the recipe at the end of class.
Caesar Salad (Crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and house-made Caesar dressing)
Creamy Lobster Pasta with Homemade Pasta (Fresh pasta tossed in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce with dill, a touch of red pepper flakes, and tender lobster)
Green Beans with Lemon & Dill (A bright, buttery side finished with fresh lemon and dill)
Cinnamon Sugar Pasta Chips with Salted Caramel Dip (Fresh pasta baked until crisp, tossed in cinnamon sugar, and served with a warm salted caramel dipping sauce.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
