Apple, Arugula & Candied Pecan Salad (Crisp apples, peppery arugula, creamy goat cheese, candied pecans, and a maple Dijon vinaigrette.)
Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Brown Butter Dijon Cream (Tender chicken coated in toasted pecans and finished with a silky brown butter Dijon cream sauce.)
Garlic Parmesan Herb Orzo (Tender orzo tossed with roasted garlic, butter, Parmesan, and fresh herbs for a rich, comforting side.)
Warm Hazelnut Chocolate Bread Pudding (A rich bread pudding with toasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate, served with vanilla whipped cream.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
