Learn how to make homemade pizza completely from scratch—from mixing and stretching the dough to creating the perfect cheesy bite. Along the way, you'll prepare a fresh seasonal salad, a comforting bowl of soup, and a bright citrus dessert that's the perfect ending to your meal. You'll be making and enjoying:
BLT Ranch Salad (Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with smoky bacon, juicy tomatoes, crunchy croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy homemade ranch dressing.)
Homemade Four Cheese Pizza (Fresh pizza dough topped with homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, and gouda cheeses, then baked until golden and bubbly.)
Roasted Tomato Basil Soup (Roasted tomatoes blended with fresh basil, garlic, onions, and cream for a rich, comforting soup that's perfect alongside pizza.)
Lemon Ricotta Cookies (Soft, pillowy Italian ricotta cookies finished with a bright lemon glaze.)

Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knifes as well as the preparation, cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.
Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn pasta making, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres. Please be sure to tie back long hair and wear closed toe shoes for your own safety. We'll see you in the Kitchen.
