Warm Spinach Salad (Fresh spinach tossed with crispy bacon, dried cranberries, toasted pistachios, and finished with a warm maple vinaigrette.)
Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Skillet (Tender pressure-cooked shredded chicken folded into a Parmesan herb cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms and served over a buttery wild rice blend.)
Garlic Roasted Broccoli (Fresh broccoli roasted until lightly caramelized with garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.)
Cherry Berry Cobbler with Raspberry White Chocolate Cream (Sweet cherries and blueberries baked beneath a golden buttery cobbler topping and finished with a silky raspberry white chocolate cream.)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
