Roll up your sleeves and discover the art of sushi in this fun, hands-on cooking class! Our chefs will guide you through the techniques of preparing, rolling, and plating beautiful sushi using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You'll learn how to make perfectly seasoned sushi rice, choose the best fish, create homemade spicy sriracha mayo, and even torch select rolls to add incredible flavor and texture.
Along the way, you'll pick up tips on sushi essentials, including rice varieties, wasabi, and the tools you'll need to recreate your favorite rolls at home. We'll wrap up the experience with a chef's choice dessert, and of course, you'll have plenty of time to snap photos of your sushi creations before enjoying every bite!
Plating your beautifully made sushi is an art in itself, so don't forget to take pictures to show off your masterpiece!

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
