Our Chefs love Sushi, and it Shows!!! Join them in the kitchen creating beautiful sushi. You will be using fresh ingredients in this hands-on class. Master the art of rolling and forming a variety of enticing sushi. Bring a little heat to the table by torching the tops of the fresh fish to enhance your taste buds experience. Learn about different types of rice, what type of fish to buy, wasabi and how to make beloved sriracha mayonnaise. Our class is finished off with a unique Matcha dessert. 

Plating your beautifully made sushi is an art in itself, so don't forget to take pictures to show off your masterpiece!

 Our expert instructor will guide you through the proper use and care of your knifes as well as the preparation, cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.

  Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

  Our doors will 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres and freshly infused water. We'll see you in the Kitchen.
