If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making cheese, now is your chance!  In this class you will be making fresh mozzarella from scratch and creating a beautiful caprese salad.  Then it is on to handmade fettuccini that will serve as a delicious base for your sautéed prawns with basil and lemon cream pesto.
