While Beef Wellington is often considered a special-occasion masterpiece, our chefs will show you how approachable it can be when broken down into simple techniques. You'll learn how to create Wellingtons from scratch, from perfectly seared beef to golden, flaky pastry, while building the confidence to recreate this impressive dish at home. Our menu will include you making and enjoying:
Chopped Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese (crisp iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and homemade blue cheese dressing)
Beef Wellington with Peppercorn Cream (beef tenderloin wrapped in mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and flaky puff pastry, finished with a creamy peppercorn sauce)
Truffle Parmesan Orzo (creamy orzo tossed with Parmesan, herbs, and a touch of truffle)
Chocolate Pot de Crème (a silky French chocolate custard topped with fresh whipped cream)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
