If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making cheese, now is your chance!  In this class you will be making fresh mozzarella from scratch, using that to create a beautiful caprese salad in class.  Then it is on to handmade fettuccini that will serve as a delicious base for your chicken piccata.
