-Wedge Salad with Blue cheese Dressing(Ice burg lettuce topped with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles. Drizzled with Blue cheese Dressing. )
-Rosemary Crusted Beef Tenderloin topped with scallops, Garlic Herb Compound Butter and Asparagus(Beef Tenderloin crusted with rosemary, and seared to perfection, topped with mixed garlic and herb butter. Topped with scallops then served with Asparagus. )
- Smokey Hazelnut Scalloped Potatoes ( Thinly sliced potatoes, baked with crispy bacon, smoked paprika, and ground hazelnuts). )

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring, as well as a selection of hors d oeuvres. We'll see you in the Kitchen.
